06Wo liegt Dreamland Oasis?
Im Stadtteil Chakvi in Batumi, Adresse: We need to translate from Russian to German. The text: "ул. Батуми, 16, Чакви 6200, Грузия". This is an address: "ул. Батуми, 16, Чакви 6200, Грузия". In Russian, "ул." stands for "улица" (street). So it's "Batumi Street, 16, Chakvi 6200, Georgia". But careful: "ул. Батуми" could be "Batumi Street" (street named after Batumi). Or could be "Batumi" as part of the address? Actually it's "ул. Батуми, 16", meaning house number 16 on Batumi Street. Then "Чакви 6200" is the locality (Chakvi) and postal code 6200. Then "Грузия" is Georgia. In German addresses, we typically write: Straße Hausnummer, PLZ Ort, Land. But here the order is: street, number, locality postal code, country. In German, we usually put postal code before locality: "6200 Chakvi". Also "Straße" is abbreviated "Str." or just write the full? Usually we write the street name and number, then postal code and town, then country. For example: "Batumi Str. 16, 6200 Chakvi, Georgien". But careful: "ул. Батуми" might be "Batumi-Straße" or "Batumistraße". Since it's a street named after the city Batumi, we can translate as "Batumi-Straße". In German, we often combine: "Batumistraße" (one word) but could also be "Batumi-Straße". I'd go with "Batumi-Straße" to be safe. Also "ул." is abbreviation, we can either keep "Batumi Str." but in German we often write "Batumi-Str." or "Batumistr." but for formal translation, we can write out "Batumi-Straße". Since the context is real estate, it's fine to be clear. But the instruction: "Keep proper nouns (names, brand names) unchanged unless they have established translations." The street name "Батуми" is a proper noun, it's the name of the city Batumi. In German, the city name is "Batumi" (same). So we keep "Batumi". The word "ул." is not a proper noun; it's "street". So we translate that to German "Straße". So "ул. Батуми" becomes "Batumi-Straße". The number 16 after comma: "16". In German addresses, we usually write the number after the street name without comma: "Batumi-Straße 16". But the original has a comma after the street name? Actually it's "ул. Батуми, 16" – comma between street and number? In Russian addresses, they often write "ул. Батуми, д. 16" but here it's just "ул. Батуми, 16". The comma might be a separator. In German we don't usually use a comma between street and number; we just write "Batumi-Straße 16". But we could keep the comma if it's part of formatting? The instruction says: "If the text contains HTML formatting, preserve it". There's no HTML mentioned. So we can format as typical German address: "Batumi-Straße 16, 6200 Chakvi, Georgien". But note: "Чакви 6200" is locality then postal code. In German we put postal code first: "6200 Chakvi". So we should reorder. Also note: "6200" is the postal code. In Georgia, postal codes are numeric, 4 digits. So we keep as "6200". Then "Чакви" is Chakvi. That's a proper noun, keep as "Chakvi". "Грузия" is Georgia, which in German is "Georgien". So final: "Batumi-Straße 16, 6200 Chakvi, Georgien". But we need to consider that the original might be "ул. Батуми, 16, Чакви 6200, Грузия". If we translate exactly, we might keep the order: "Batumi-Straße, 16, Chakvi 6200, Georgien". But that would be unusual in German. However, sometimes addresses are written in original order for international mail? Usually we adapt to target language conventions. Since it's a translation for a real estate project, they'd want the address in a format familiar to German speakers. So I'd adapt to German standard: "Batumi-Straße 16, 6200 Chakvi, Georgien". But we must be careful: the instruction says "Maintain the original meaning and tone". Changing the order might be acceptable because it's still the same address. But some might argue that the order is part of the meaning? Usually address format is localized. For example, when translating an address from English to German, you'd change "123 Main St, New York, NY 10001" to "Main St 123, 10001 New York, USA"? Actually in German, they write street then number, then postal code then city. So it's common to adapt. I think it's fine. But maybe they want to keep the exact structure because it's a simple address line? The instruction: "Translate the following text from Russian to German." So we just translate the words, not necessarily reorder. However, the comma separators indicate segments. In German, they also use commas to separate parts of an address, but the order is typically: street and number, postal code and town, country. So we could keep the commas as separators but change the order? The original has "ул. Батуми, 16, Чакви 6200, Грузия". That's four parts: street, number, locality+postal, country. In German, they'd combine street and number into one part: "Batumi-Straße 16", then "6200 Chakvi", then "Georgien". So we would have three parts. But we could also keep four parts: "Batumi-Straße, 16, 6200 Chakvi, Georgien"? That would be weird because the street and number are separate. In German, you'd normally not separate them with a comma; you'd write "Batumi-Straße 16". But if we keep the original commas, we might produce "Batumi-Straße, 16, Chakvi 6200, Georgien". That would be odd but maybe acceptable? However, the instruction says "Maintain the original meaning and tone" and "Use appropriate real estate terminology". In real estate listings, addresses are typically presented in the local format. So I think we should adapt to German conventions. Let's check: If the original had "ул. Батуми, 16", that is "Batumi St., 16". In German, you'd write "Batumi-Straße 16". So we can combine them. Also "Чакви 6200" – in German, you'd write "6200 Chakvi". So we reorder. So final: "Batumi-Straße 16, 6200 Chakvi, Georgien". But note: The original includes a comma after "16"? Actually it's "ул. Батуми, 16, Чакви 6200, Грузия". So there are commas separating each element. In our translation, we would have commas as well: "Batumi-Straße 16, 6200 Chakvi, Georgien". That's two commas? Actually we have: "Batumi-Straße 16" (first part), then "6200 Chakvi" (second part), then "Georgien" (third part). So we would write "Batumi-Straße 16, 6200 Chakvi, Georgien". That uses two commas, which is typical for German addresses: street and number, then postal code and town, then country. So it's fine. Now, about the street name: "ул. Батуми" could also be interpreted as "Batumi Street" where "Batumi" is the name of the street, not necessarily "Batumi-Straße". But in German, streets are often named after cities with the suffix "-Straße". So "Batumi-Straße" is appropriate. Alternatively, we could leave it as "ul. Batumi"? No, we need to translate "ул." to German. So "Batumi-Straße" is good. But what about the possibility that "ул. Батуми" is actually "Batumi Avenue" or something? In Russian, "ул." is specifically "улица" = street. So it's a street. So "Straße" is correct. Now, about the locality: "Чакви" is a town near Batumi. In German, it's probably also "Chakvi". So keep. Country: "Грузия" -> "Georgien". Thus translation: "Batumi-Straße 16, 6200 Chakvi, Georgien". But wait: The postal code "6200" might need a space? Usually German postal codes are five digits, but here it's four. It's fine. Now, check if there is any HTML formatting: none. So final answer. But the instruction: "Do not add any explanations or notes, only provide the translation". So we just output the translation. Thus: "Batumi-Straße 16, 6200 Chakvi, Georgien". However, we might consider that the original includes "16" as a separate item after a comma. In German, sometimes they write "Batumi-Straße 16" without comma. That's fine. One more nuance: In some German-speaking countries, they might write "Batumistraße 16". But "Batumi-Straße" is also acceptable. I'll go with "Batumi-Straße". Thus final.Batumi-Straße 16, 6200 Chakvi, Georgien. In der Nähe: Strand (500 m), Bushaltestelle (12 Min zu Fuß), Stadtzentrum (20 Min mit dem Auto).
