Horizon Grand Residence is a large-scale premium residential complex by Horizons Group, one of Batumi's leading developers, active on the market since 2013. The company specialises in creating high-end residential complexes along the Black Sea coast.

The complex comprises two contemporary 27-storey towers (Block A and Block B) with a total of 936 apartments: studios (from 33.1 m²), 2-room units (from 51.9 m²) and 3-room units (from 76.1 m²). The largest units reach 93.4 m². Every apartment has panoramic windows, spacious balconies with tempered glass and energy-efficient double glazing. Ceiling height is 3.0 m. Three finish options are available: black frame, white frame and turnkey.
