The Alley of Heroes is part of central Batumi along Zhiuli Shartava Avenue and Tbel Abuseridze Street, between the historic centre and the New Boulevard. It is an area of high-rise residential complexes, office buildings and the new stadium, and most buildings are 100 to 700 metres' walk from the sea.
The district works well for year-round living: a Carrefour hypermarket, Batumi Mall, schools and medical centres are close by, and bus stops are a couple of minutes from the door. Lake Ardagani with its dancing fountains, the New Boulevard and the water park are within walking distance, and the airport is about 10 minutes by car.
Buyers choose apartments here both to live in and to rent out, since the beach, the promenade and the city centre are all equally close. If you are looking for quiet, keep in mind that this is a busy urban area with heavy traffic on the main streets.
