NBG Beach Panorama

NBG Beach Panorama is a mixed-use residential complex by Georgian developer NBG, active in the Batumi market since 2012. Over that time the company has completed several projects (NBG House, NBG Tower, NBG Panorama, NBG DUO) and sold more than a thousand apartments.

The complex is located on Angisa Street (10, 2nd Dead End), in the airport area, right next to the New Boulevard. The sea is about 100 metres away, a water park is nearby, Metro City shopping centre and the city centre are around a kilometre away, and Batumi International Airport about 3 km. Buses No. 10 and 10a run along Sherif Khimshiashvili Street to the airport, the city centre, the seaport and the railway station.

The 26-storey monolithic frame building contains around 400 apartments. The lower floors are given over to commercial premises, with residential levels above. The building has two passenger and two service lifts. Apartments range from studios to four-room units, from 29 to 170 m², with 3-metre ceilings. The building was completed in 2024, so apartments are available both in black frame condition and fully furnished, with a wide selection also on the resale market. The developer offers property management services to investors. The combination of a seafront location, ready on-site facilities and proximity to the New Boulevard makes the project popular both for living and for short- and long-term letting.
