Lagoon Resort

Lagoon Resort is Batumi's first exclusive resort complex developed in partnership with the international Home2 Suites by Hilton brand. The operator is HSC Group, Hilton's certified partner in Georgia; apartment owners gain access to the Hilton Honors programme. The project is located at 58e Adlia Street in the airport district, 500 metres from a fully equipped beach — about a 5-minute walk.

The complex consists of three 9-storey blocks (Block A, B and C) with 267 apartments (85 + 91 + 91). The gated grounds cover 2 hectares (more than 20,000 m²), with buildings occupying only 30% of the site and 70% given over to recreation and De Luxe-class facilities: landscaped relaxation areas, lounge zones, a barbecue area, a summer restaurant, two swimming pools (21×9 m), a children's playground and an underground car park for 120 cars. In total, more than 40 types of amenities are promised.

The complex offers studios of up to 35.3 m², two-room apartments of up to 50.8 m² and three-room apartments of up to 72.15 m². Prices start from $68,200, with the price per square metre from $1,850. Developer Homex offers an in-house interest-free instalment plan of up to 36 months with a 20% down payment, as well as TBC Bank mortgage programmes.

Facilities include a spa centre, a gym, a yoga studio, a conference room, a co-working space, a cinema, shops and cafés. Apartment owners can sign a management and letting agreement with the management company without needing to be present in person.

All three blocks are under construction, with completion scheduled for Q2 2027. The project attracts investors thanks to its partnership with Hilton — the first Home2 Suites location in Europe — and its convenient position close to the airport and the coast.
