Ande Tower 2

Ande Tower 2 is Ande Group's second project in Batumi, completed in 2024. The developer has been active on the local property market for more than ten years and has already delivered several prestigious residential complexes in the city, including Ande Metropolis.

The complex is located at 6 Zghvispiris Street, in the developing area of the New Boulevard and the airport district, 150 metres from the sea and right next to the Maria and Lech Kaczyński Park. The city centre is about 10 minutes away by car, and Batumi International Airport is roughly 3 km away.

The project is a modern residential complex of two buildings of varying height from 6 to 16 storeys, with 420 apartments in total. The developer is selling the remaining apartments: studios from 42.9 m² priced from $72,501 and 3-room apartments of up to 79.73 m².

Amenities include a lobby with reception and concierge service, an outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant and bar, a children's playground, a tennis court, underground and guest parking, EV charging stations, 24/7 security and CCTV. Central heating, gas, high-speed internet and TV are connected.

The project suits both permanent living and investment with subsequent letting: the combination of proximity to the sea, completed status and full infrastructure makes it attractive for Batumi's rental market.
