Maisi

Maisi (also listed as Maisi by Navi) is a comfort-class residential complex by B2B Development, under construction in central Batumi at 104, 26 May Street. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2029; the project is currently under active construction.

The complex is located in an established central district of the city rather than in the new resort developments along the coast. The surrounding buildings vary in height — from high-rise residential towers to private houses — and traffic is moderate. Within walking distance are 6 May Park with the aquarium, the Dolphinarium and the zoo, Ardagani Lake with its musical fountains and the lower station of the Argo cable car (about a 10-minute walk). The promenade and the beach are a 15–20-minute walk away, and Europe Square and the Old Town around 1.4 km. The nearest bus stop is 120 metres from the building (bus No. 15 every ~12 minutes), Batumi Plaza shopping centre and the GoodWill hypermarket are about a kilometre away, Batumi Mall about 2 km, and Batumi Airport about 15 minutes by car. Public and private clinics are nearby, and Schools No. 1, No. 4 and No. 7 are a 10–15-minute walk away.

The project is a single 23-storey building constructed using monolithic frame technology. Beneath it is a five-level underground car park for more than 200 cars — a rare solution for central Batumi that addresses the area's main problem. The courtyard is landscaped with functional zoning, and the design is barrier-free.

The apartment range includes studios from 30.9 to 39.7 m², two-room apartments from 38.3 to 64.8 m², three-room apartments of around 82 m² and four-room apartments from 114 to 124.2 m². The building features energy-efficient double glazing, 24-hour CCTV and an access control system.

Four-room apartments are offered from $110,580. Purchases can be financed with a mortgage through the partner bank, TBC Bank. The central location with ready urban infrastructure makes the complex suitable both for permanent living and for long-term letting.
