About project

Tekto Point is a major new project by the Georgian developer Tekto Group, which has been building in Adjara since 2022. The company's portfolio already includes five complexes in Batumi, Makhinjauri, Chakvi and Kobuleti, among them Tekto Franco and Tekto Rakurs. Tekto Point is the largest of the developer's urban projects.

The complex is being built at 42 Ivane Andronikashvili Street, in the central part of Batumi. The sea is about a kilometre away, and the Argo cable car is roughly a 10-minute walk. A public transport stop sits 60 metres from the building: routes 441, 442 and 7a run every 10–15 minutes, and the central bus station is 1.5 km away.

The project comprises a single 29-storey tower of monolithic-frame construction with 510 apartments. Available units include studios of 30–31.4 m², two-room apartments of 43.9–69.5 m² and three-room apartments of 75.8–115.2 m². Ceilings reach 3 metres and apartments are delivered with partial finishing, allowing buyers to fit them out to their own taste. Underground parking provides 54 spaces.

The grounds feature a landscaped courtyard with a recreation area and children's playground, round-the-clock security with CCTV, and high-speed lifts. The GoodWill hypermarket and Batumi Plaza shopping centre are nearby (about 1 km), the Republican Hospital is a 20-minute walk away, and Schools No. 4 and No. 13 are within walking distance. Batumi Airport is around 15 minutes by car.

The price per square metre ranges from $960 to $1,335, and the most affordable apartment is a 30.9 m² studio for $35,381 — noticeably below first-line seafront levels while keeping a central location. The developer offsets the early construction stage and the 2029 completion date with launch pricing and a partner mortgage programme from TBC Bank.
