Metro City Residence

Metro City Residence is a mixed-use aparthotel complex by Turkish-Georgian developer Metro Avrasya Georgia Investment, located at 1-1a Lech and Maria Kaczyński Street in Batumi, next to Ardagani Lake and the famous Singing Fountains.

The complex comprises 2 buildings — the 13-storey Metro City A1 and the 19-storey Metro City A2 — with a total of 473 apartments. Metro City A2 is fully sold out; one-room apartments of 42.6 to 48.35 m² remain on sale in Metro City A1. Ceiling height is 3 m. The buildings use monolithic frame construction and are finished in black frame condition.

The sea is about 200 metres away (a 3–5-minute walk). Within walking distance are Batumi's Singing Fountains, shopping centres, amusement parks, restaurants, cafés and pharmacies. The area lies between the New Boulevard and the airport, providing convenient access to every part of the city. Batumi International Airport is about 10 minutes away by car.

On-site facilities include the complex's own shopping centre and commercial space, a fitness centre, a casino, quiet high-speed lifts, guest parking and 24-hour security with CCTV. Windows and balcony doors have energy-efficient double glazing. Electricity, water, gas, telephone, internet and cable TV are connected.

The project was completed in 2017. The developer does not offer an instalment plan; a TBC Bank mortgage is available. Prices start from $149,100 (around $3,500 per m²). The combination of a hotel-branded format, proximity to the sea and well-developed infrastructure makes the project suitable both for living and for investing in short- and long-term rentals.
