The project is being developed by Sunrise Development, a Georgian-American investment company specialising in modern residential and hotel complexes that meet high international energy-efficiency standards.
Completion is scheduled for Q4 2026. The building has a reinforced-concrete monolithic frame with an earthquake-resistant structure. Ceiling height is 3 metres.
