Piazza Residence

Piazza Residence is a project by the Batumi developer Tower Group. Construction is carried out by GZA, and sales are handled by the developer's partner CMG. The building is going up in the historic centre of Old Batumi at 59 Vakhtang Gorgasali Street; completion is scheduled for Q4 2028.

The architecture plays on its proximity to the old town: neoclassical motifs, a massive colonnade and tall glazing on the lower floors, balconies with balustrades, and a ventilated façade of light stone with dark inserts. The structure is a monolithic frame, and ceilings in the apartments are 3 metres high.

The central idea of the project is a private Italian-style square in the inner courtyard: natural stone paving, decorative fountains, lawns and trees. A restaurant and café with an open terrace occupy the roof of the annexe, and a coworking space is provided inside the building. There is a lobby with reception, concierge service, round-the-clock security and video surveillance, a closed perimeter and underground parking. Commercial premises on the lower levels have separate street entrances and do not disturb the privacy of the courtyard.

On sale are studios from 35.1 m², as well as one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments of up to 141.3 m². Apartments are delivered in white frame condition: walls, floors and ceilings are prepared for final finishing and all utilities are installed. Prices start at $91,260. The developer offers an interest-free instalment plan over 29 months with a 20% down payment, and TBC Bank mortgages are also available.

Piazza Residence suits those who want to live in the city centre with well-developed infrastructure close at hand, as well as investors: studios in the historic centre near the university and the sea are in demand for both short-term and long-term rentals.
