Accent

Accent is a large-scale residential project by developer Strong Development, located in the very heart of Batumi on the prestigious Heroes' Alley — the city's widest street. The complex consists of two high-rise buildings — building A (25 storeys) and building B (28 storeys) — linked by a shared podium and gated grounds.

The project was built using monolithic frame technology, which provides high earthquake resistance and the freedom to reconfigure apartment layouts. In total the complex has 594 apartments — from compact studios (26.6 m²) to spacious four-room apartments (up to 92.7 m²) with views of the sea, the mountains, the city or the inner courtyard. Construction was completed in Q4 2025, and both buildings have been delivered. Buyers can choose from three finishing options: white frame, green frame (all renovation works, without furniture or appliances) and turnkey with furniture and appliances. The developer offers an instalment plan, and a TBC Bank mortgage is also available.

The complex's facilities include underground parking, guest parking spaces, modern lifts, children's play areas, EV charging stations, bicycle parking, 24-hour CCTV and a concierge service. The lower floors house commercial premises — a business centre, a restaurant and a lounge bar.

The Heroes' Alley location gives quick access to schools, nurseries, supermarkets, pharmacies and bank branches within walking distance. Dinamo Stadium is 800 metres away, Batumi International University Hospital less than a kilometre, and public transport stops a 3–4-minute walk. The sea is 1.3 km away, and the international airport 10 minutes by car. Ready infrastructure and a central location make Accent attractive both for owner-occupiers and for rental income investment.
