Blue Sky Tower is a modern mixed-use residential complex by developer Like House, located at 13 Tbel Abuseridze Street in Batumi. The complex consists of two buildings (Block A — 33 storeys, Block B — 36 storeys), both completed in 2025. Block A operates under the Holiday Inn Resort hotel brand: its apartments are sold as investment units with professional management and a rental income distribution programme. Block B contains regular residential apartments.

The complex offers functional layouts from compact studios (29.2 m²) to spacious two-room apartments (up to 66.7 m²). Ceilings are 2.85 metres high. The developer offers flexible purchase terms, including a TBC Bank mortgage and an interest-free in-house instalment plan with a 30% down payment, as well as a choice of finishing — from white frame to fully furnished turnkey apartments.
