Batumi Beach Tower is a modern 32-storey residential complex by developer Gera Group, located at 69 Sherif Khimshiashvili Street in Batumi's airport area. The building was completed in Q4 2025.

The tower contains 192 apartments, from one-room to four-room units. The building was constructed using monolithic frame technology and is equipped with four lifts (3 passenger, 1 service). All apartments have balconies and panoramic glazing, and many have Black Sea views.
