Reverance

Reverance is a premium residential complex by Georgian developer Otium Development, known for its engineering-led approach and minimalist architecture. The project is being built in one of Batumi's most dynamically developing areas — where the airport district meets the New Boulevard.

The complex consists of two 16-storey towers built using monolithic frame technology. The project has 360 apartments in total, 12 per floor: studios of 32–35 m², two-room apartments (46–53 m²) and three-room apartments (59–68 m²). Finishing is offered as green frame, turnkey renovation or fully furnished apartments.

Location: 3rd Adlia Lane, about 800 metres from the sea and the New Boulevard, and around 8–10 minutes by car from Batumi International Airport. Nearby are School No. 27, nurseries, supermarkets, Metro City Mall within walking distance, the Lech and Maria Kaczyński Park (~1.5 km) and bus stops for routes 2, 2a, 10, 10a and 14.

Reverance's facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spa centre with a sauna, a gym, a yoga area, a meditation room, a coworking space with a library, a children's playground, a rooftop terrace, underground parking and 24-hour security with CCTV. Solar panels are installed on site, and there are pedestrian and cycle paths.

Construction of both blocks started in Q3 2025, with completion scheduled for Q3 2028. Prices start from $54,338, with the price per square metre from $1,394. A developer instalment plan and a TBC Bank mortgage are available. The project appeals both to owner-occupiers and to rental investors thanks to its proximity to the sea, the airport, the boulevard and the area's lively resort infrastructure.
