Serenade

Serenade is a residential complex by Tempo, a young Batumi developer founded in 2023. The building is going up at 57a Adlia Street in the airport district — the southern part of Batumi, where a new residential neighbourhood has grown in recent years between the city and the Adlia resort coast.

It is a single 16-storey building with a monolithic frame, containing 315 apartments with 3 m ceilings, double glazing, open balconies and enhanced sound insulation.
