Batumi View

Batumi View is a large premium multifunctional complex by developer Recan Group Georgia. The project is located on Batumi Boulevard, just 20 metres from the sea and beach, about 1 km from Batumi International Airport and around 4 km from the historic city centre. The plot covers 15,000 m².

The residential part consists of three monolithic-frame buildings: Blocks A and C have 13 floors each, and Block B has 15 floors. All three were completed in 2023 and are occupied; they contain 870 apartments from 32.63 to 78.29 m² (studios, 1- and 2-room units) with balconies and panoramic glazing offering views of the Black Sea and the Caucasus Mountains. The developer is now building the fourth phase — the 16-storey Block D, due for completion in Q2 2027, where studios and 2-room apartments from 26.5 m² are on sale.

At the heart of the complex is a 16-storey, 280-room hotel integrated into the architecture, along with restaurants, a spa, a fitness club with a swimming pool, lounge areas, shops, pharmacies and cafés on the ground floors. Residents benefit from 24/7 security with CCTV, reception desks at the entrances, concierge service, maintenance, cleaning services and children's playgrounds. The territory is gated with a barrier.

Parking is both underground and above ground: each building has its own residents' car park, plus guest parking for 180 cars. Apartments in the completed buildings are sold fully renovated and furnished; a developer instalment plan is available with a down payment from 30%. Prices start from $79,500 — a 26.5 m² studio in Block D — with prices from $2,205 per m².

High tourist footfall along the promenade, on-site hotel facilities and a first-line location make the project attractive for short-term rental and investment.
