White House

White House is a 30-storey residential complex built by Star Palace, a company that has been active on the Batumi market since 2015. The building uses monolithic-frame construction, with the emphasis placed on seismic resistance and a modern, minimalist architectural style.

The complex stands at 82 Angisa 1st Lane, in the rapidly developing airport district, in the immediate vicinity of the New Boulevard and just 150 metres from the coast.
