About project
Ber Tower is a residential complex in the resort village of Chakvi, built by Ber Tower (BERTOWER), a developer founded in 2023 that focuses on Chakvi. Besides this project, the company's portfolio includes the Ber Twins, Ber House and Ber Villas complexes.
The complex stands at 24/1 Egnate Ninoshvili Street, on the first line from the sea — the beach is just 30–50 metres away. Chakvi lies north of Batumi and is valued for its combination of sea, subtropical greenery and a calmer atmosphere than the city centre.
The project is a single 12-storey building with 100 apartments — no more than nine per floor. Apartments range from 29.8 to 117.9 m²: studios of 29.8–54.6 m², 2-room apartments of 42–72.3 m² and 3-room apartments of 74.2–117.9 m². Ceilings are 3 metres high, and units are handed over in "green frame" condition. There is an underground car park with 20 spaces (from USD 10,000 per space) plus surface parking, and two high-speed FUJI lifts.
On-site facilities include a rooftop terrace with a swimming pool, lounge areas and views of the sea and mountains, an indoor pool and a gym, a children's playground, a landscaped gated courtyard with access control, 24-hour security, a reception and lobby, and perimeter CCTV. The building is connected to all utilities, including gas.
Completion is scheduled for Q4 2026. Buyers can use an interest-free developer instalment plan with a 30% down payment over up to 2 years; a TBC Bank mortgage is also available. Prices start at USD 44,700 for a studio, from USD 1,500 per m², which is in line with the Chakvi average; the proximity to the beach makes the project attractive for holiday rentals during the season.
