Dream Residence Chakvi

Dream Residence Chakvi is a hotel-format aparthotel by Reside Development, a Georgian developer specialising in investment and resort property on the Black Sea coast. The complex stands at 18a Batumi Street in Chakvi — a resort village between the Batumi Botanical Garden and Mtirala National Park, 15 kilometres from the centre of Batumi.

The project consists of a single 12-storey monolithic-frame building with 115 apartments. The site is on the first line: about 70 metres to the beach with direct access to the shore. Most units have already been sold; studios remain on direct sale from the developer, from $41,400 for 36 m² ($1,150–1,620 per m²).

Apartments are delivered with turnkey finishes — furniture, appliances and everything needed to move in. The building features panoramic glazing, private balconies, enhanced thermal and sound insulation for year-round living, a gas supply and premium lifts.

The complex infrastructure runs to hotel standards: an outdoor swimming pool with a relaxation area, a spa centre, a fully equipped gym, a restaurant and bar with room service, a rooftop bar, a 24/7 reception, a children's playground, landscaped grounds, commercial units on the ground floor, underground and surface parking, CCTV and fire protection systems.

The project is positioned as an investment: management and hotel services are handled by the developer's subsidiary Reside Rentals, although owners may let their apartments independently. The developer quotes returns from 10% and offers interest-free instalments with a 30% down payment followed by monthly or quarterly payments. The building was completed in the third quarter of 2026.
