Dar Tower

Dar Tower is one of Batumi's most recognisable buildings, developed by Dar Building, a company with more than 20 years on the Georgian construction market. The complex consists of two monolithic frame towers of 22 and 35 storeys, joined by a shared podium with commercial and amenity space. There are 1,020 apartments in total.

It is located in central Batumi at 8 Zhiuli Shartava Avenue, within walking distance of the New Boulevard, the House of Justice and the Dancing Fountains. The sea is 390 metres away. The area is being actively built up with modern developments and is one of the most sought-after both for living and for renting to tourists.

In the 22-storey tower, the first two floors are commercial, floors 3–4 house a 101-room hotel, and above them are apartments of 48–68 m². In the 35-storey tower, the first four floors are commercial, and from the 5th floor up there are hotel-style apartments of 30–80 m². Ceiling height is 3 metres. Each tower has two passenger and two service lifts.

On-site facilities include the 5-star Ramada Plaza hotel (around 300 rooms), a casino, restaurants, nightclubs, coffee shops, a bowling alley, a fitness centre, a spa, an outdoor swimming pool, a kindergarten and children's playgrounds, and relaxation terraces. There is underground parking for 150 cars, plus 24-hour security and CCTV.

Dar Tower suits both permanent living and investment: thanks to its hotel infrastructure and central location, the apartments rent out well to tourists on a short-term basis. Both towers were completed in 2019, and the complex remains one of the most popular on Batumi's resale market, with hundreds of units listed for sale and rent at any one time.
