Royal Residence is a 20-storey business-class residential complex by Georgian developer Royal Development, completed in 2025. The complex sits on the seafront at 5 Rejeb Nizharadze Street, in Batumi's prestigious New Boulevard area — just 100 m (about a 2-minute walk) from the beach and the promenade.
