Grand Tower

Grand Tower is a large comfort-class residential complex by Konsol Holding, located at 18 Yusup Kobaladze Street in Batumi's New Boulevard district. It comprises two buildings with monolithic reinforced-concrete frames: block 1 has 27 storeys and block 2 has 30. Together they contain 1,035 apartments (475 in block 1 and 560 in block 2). The project is also marketed as White Line.

Situated 300 metres from the Black Sea and close to Batumi's water park, the complex is attractive for both permanent residence and short-term rentals. The Villa and Vox restaurants are near the coast, with the Basco sports complex and amusement park a little further away. The dolphinarium, 6 May Park and zoo are around a 20-minute walk away. Batumi Mall, Black Sea Mall and Metro City shopping centres, the private Euro 2000 school, the Republican Clinical Hospital and Batumi Hospital are within walking distance. The complex is a minute from the junction of Kobaladze and Tbel Abuseridze Streets, offering easy access to the historic centre, sea terminal and cable car station. The central bus station is about 3.5 km away and the railway station about 6 km away.

The developer is currently selling studios of up to 49.3 m² and 3-room apartments of up to 96.6 m². Ceilings are 3.0 m high. White-frame finishes include floor screed, utility services, metal entrance doors and uPVC windows. The first building was completed in the first quarter of 2026. Construction of the second began in the first quarter of 2023, with completion scheduled for the third quarter of 2027.

Facilities include a two-level underground car park, surface parking, 24/7 security and CCTV, concierge and cleaning services, high-speed passenger and goods lifts, a fire safety system meeting European standards, commercial units and a shopping arcade on the ground floor. Developer instalment plans and mortgage financing through TBC Bank are available; instalments require a down payment of at least 40% over a period of up to one year — terms should be confirmed with the developer.

Prices start at $48,783, with prices per square metre from $1,500. Only a handful of units remain with the developer in the completed first building; the main choice is in the second.
