DEST // Asatiani is a residential complex by Reside Development, the third project in the company's DEST range across Batumi and Chakvi. The building is going up at 49 Luka Asatiani Street, in the central part of Batumi, 750 metres from the sea and within walking distance of the city's main destinations.

The complex comprises 198 apartments: studios from 32.2 m², two-room units of 43.2–47.9 m², three-room units of 74.5 m² and four-room units of up to 92.3 m². The building uses monolithic frame construction, with an Alucobond aluminium composite facade and high-speed Shanghai Mitsubishi lifts. Apartments are offered either as a black frame or fully renovated. Underground parking and a landscaped courtyard are provided.

On-site facilities include a rooftop bar and restaurant on the upper level, a concierge service, round-the-clock security, a children's playground, a recreation area and retail units on the ground floor.

The location offers access to the full range of city amenities: a public transport stop 100 metres away with services roughly every 3 minutes, a medical centre and pharmacies within 500 metres, School No. 4 a five-minute walk away and the Georgian-American School fifteen minutes away. 6 May Park and the Argo cable car station are within a kilometre, and the Batumi Plaza shopping centre is nearby. Batumi Passenger railway station and the international airport are around 4 and 6 kilometres away respectively.

Construction began in early 2025 and completion is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027. The developer offers an interest-free instalment plan running until completion with a down payment from 15%, and mortgage financing is available through TBC Bank. According to Reside Development, around 97% of the apartments have already been sold.
