Breeze Chakvi

Breeze Chakvi is a new project by Reside Development, a Batumi developer that has already built the Dream Residence apart-complex in Chakvi and is constructing buildings in Batumi. It is a compact comfort-class residential building in the centre of the Chakvi resort village, designed both for permanent living and for seasonal holidays and rental.

The building stands at 2 Megeneishvili Street, about 800 metres from the Black Sea shore. On one side are green slopes leading up to Mtirala National Park, on the other the sea. Central Batumi is about 25 minutes away by car, and the international airport about 40 minutes.

The building is a single seven-storey block of 47 apartments with a monolithic reinforced concrete frame on a pile foundation. The façade contrasts a dark main volume with terracotta-orange end sections; the ground floor holds the entrance and commercial premises, and the roof has an open usable terrace with pergolas. The building has high-speed lifts and a barrier-free entrance with ramps.

On sale are studios from 35.84 m², 2- and 3-room apartments and several larger units of up to 259 m²; prices start at $36,915. Apartments are sold with partial finishing (prepared walls and floors, utilities in place) or fully renovated. The basic package includes radiator heating, metal-plastic double-glazed windows and a reinforced entrance door; many apartments have sea-facing balconies.

The courtyard is closed and guarded around the clock, with video surveillance, a children's playground, a relaxation area with gazebos and ground-level parking. The developer offers an interest-free instalment plan with a 20% down payment, and a TBC Bank mortgage is also available. Completion is scheduled for 2027; by autumn 2026 about half of the apartments had been sold.
