Dreamland Park

Dreamland Park is a new project by Sak Tur Kurort, the company that has already built Dreamland Oasis in Chakvi, one of Georgia's largest resort complexes. The new tower continues the same concept of year-round resort living but is being delivered as a stand-alone complex with its own address and its own facilities.

The complex is located in Chakvi — a resort village 9 km north of Batumi, nestled between the Black Sea and the foothills of Mtirala National Park. The sea is 400 metres from the complex. This is a subtropical area with a mild climate, tea plantations and the Batumi Botanical Garden nearby — a quiet alternative to the dense development of central Batumi.

The project is a single 25-storey monolithic frame building with 535 apartments. Beneath the building is a four-level underground car park. Ceilings are 2.9 metres high, apartments are handed over in white frame condition, and the building is connected to the gas supply. On sale are studios of 32.4–38.3 m², two-room apartments of 43.8–115 m², three-room apartments of 73.7–151 m² and four-room apartments of 216.9 m².

Full resort facilities are planned on site: a swimming pool, a wellness area, a restaurant, a bar, a supermarket, boutiques, a cinema, billiards, a children's entertainment centre, padel courts and bocce courts. The grounds are landscaped, with 24-hour CCTV.

The price per square metre ranges from USD 1,751 to 3,361, with apartments from $66,630 for a 32.4 m² studio. The developer offers an interest-free instalment plan with a 20% down payment, and a TBC Bank mortgage is available. For investors, the key argument is the reputation of Dreamland Oasis as an operating resort with high seasonal occupancy and a management company handling apartment rentals.
