Green Gardens

Green Gardens is an intimate premium-class quarter of 16 detached villas built by Anagi. Founded in 1989, Anagi is Georgia's largest construction company, with more than 100 completed projects to its name. The complex was designed by the architect Leri Gogichaishvili, and the project client is Green Gardens Batumi LLC.

The quarter stands at 23 Evgeni Mikeladze Street, in the airport district of Batumi — a green part of the city next to Lech and Maria Kaczyński Park. At the same time it remains firmly within the city: New Boulevard and the Metrocity shopping centre are around a 5-minute drive away, and the beach roughly 7 minutes by car. Kingdom of The Sea kindergarten, public schools №25 and №26, the Batumi Medical Centre, pharmacies and supermarkets are all close by, and the bus stop is within walking distance.

The villas have two or three storeys and are arranged in two rows on a gated site measuring 3,580 m² in total. Each home covers between 218 and 316 m²: four-room villas of around 218 m², five-room villas of 292 to 316 m². Every house has its own back garden, a terrace of at least 48 m² and two parking spaces. Construction is monolithic, with predominantly white façades accented by timber and light-grey panels, flat usable roofs and vertical planting on the blind walls.

The grounds hold a shared swimming pool, a children's playground, recreation and barbecue areas, electric-car charging points, 24/7 security and video surveillance. The site is gated and landscaped throughout.

Construction began in February 2023; all 16 villas are now complete and delivered, and some homes are still on sale from the developer. Houses are offered in black-frame condition or turnkey with a premium-class fit-out, with prices starting from around $1,152/m². Mortgages from Bank of Georgia and TBC Bank are available, as well as instalment plans from the developer.
