Secret Garden is a gated boutique townhouse community by developer LTD Super Group. The project belongs to the premium segment of low-rise suburban development and is aimed at those who prefer their own house with a plot to an apartment in a high-rise tower, without moving far from the city.

The community is located at 64 Airport Highway in Batumi's airport district. The Black Sea shoreline and Seaside Park are about 600 metres away, Batumi International Airport 2.5 km (roughly 15 minutes), and Europe Square in the city centre about 12 minutes by car.
