Legenda is a residential building by Bakuri, a developer that has been active on the Batumi market since 1996 and has completed 11 projects; another of its buildings in the catalogue is Balance on Vazha-Pshavela Street. Sales and viewings are handled by Orange Group under an agreement with the developer.

The building stands at 8 Imedashvili Street in Old Batumi, deep inside the block between Tsereteli and Pushkin streets. It is a quiet spot in the historic centre: the sea is about 450 metres away, the seafront promenade is a 10-minute walk, and shops, the market, schools and all city amenities are close by.

The building has 20 storeys: commercial premises on the ground floor and 19 residential floors above with 3-metre ceilings, 96 apartments in total. It has a monolithic frame, a ventilated Alucobond façade, gas heating and uPVC windows. There is CCTV, a modern fire safety system, a landscaped courtyard and an underground car park for 25 cars, reached by lift directly from your floor. The developer offers six layouts with one and two bedrooms; apartments are sold in black frame condition.

The Batumi City Hall issued the building permit in May 2024, and completion under the permit is scheduled for May 2027. In autumn 2026 façade panels are being installed on the upper floors.

The building suits those who want to live in the old centre within walking distance of the sea and the promenade: the upper floors offer views of the sea, the mountains and the city lights.
