About project
Batumi Tower is a flagship premium mixed-use complex in Batumi's historic centre, developed by REDCO. The 35-storey building stands at 6 Egnate Ninoshvili Street — in the very heart of the Old Town, 600 metres from the Black Sea and a few minutes' walk from Europe Square.
The architectural concept combines a residential block with the five-star Le Méridien Batumi hotel, which operates the building and provides hotel services for residents. The project's defining feature is a Ferris wheel built into the tower's façade between the 27th and 31st floors, which has become one of Batumi's most recognisable symbols.
The tower has 91 apartments, and the residential part occupies 33 floors. The developer's apartments are sold out, so supply comes from the resale market: one-, two-, three- and four-room apartments from 55 to 235 m², in white frame, renovated or furnished. The minimum purchase budget is around $165,000 for a 55 m² one-room apartment in white frame; 67 m² two-room apartments cost around $243,000, three-room apartments of about 92–94 m² $315,000–335,000, and the largest 235 m² units around $1,010,000. The building was constructed using monolithic frame technology with panoramic glazing and earthquake-resistant design, and is served by three passenger lifts and one service lift.
The complex's facilities include underground and guest parking, a fitness centre, a spa complex, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a casino, restaurants and a roof terrace. Within walking distance are the Drama Theatre, the Apollo cinema, the circus, School No. 1 (about 800 m) and a bus stop served by 6 routes. The central bus station is about 2 km away. The nearest nurseries are some distance away — something for families with young children to bear in mind.
The project was completed in 2021. Thanks to its iconic architecture, Le Méridien hotel management and its location in the very centre of the Old Town, Batumi Tower remains one of Batumi's most recognisable investment properties, with high liquidity on the resale market. Rents start from $2,000 per month for a two-room apartment.
