Modern Ultra is a 30-storey residential complex in Batumi by Save Development. The project is built using monolithic frame technology and consists of a single residential block; construction began in Q1 2024.
The complex is located at 48 Demetre Tavdadebuli Street in the Bagrationi district, not far from the city's historic centre — about 750 metres from the sea. A stop for bus No. 1a and minibus No. 49 is 20 metres from the complex, and a major stop on Ilia Chavchavadze Street is 110 metres away.
