History Home is a business-class residential complex in central Batumi, in the Bagrationi district, at 75–79 Besiki Street (at the junction with Melikishvili Street). The project is being developed by AB Development, founded in Batumi in 2021, which has already delivered the RED and Lifestyle complexes in the city and is running several other Batumi projects in parallel.

The 25-storey building (1–2 floors of which are commercial) has 12 apartments per floor, giving a total of 276 residential units. On sale are studios of 35.9–37.4 m², apartments of 45.3–57.1 m² and spacious units of 71.8–97.2 m². Prices start from $49,183 for a studio; per square metre, three-room units are the cheapest at from $1,130 per m², while studios cost from $1,370 per m² and two-room apartments from $1,260 per m². Ceilings are 3 metres high, with monolithic frame construction, energy-efficient windows and two Kone passenger lifts. The building is fully connected to the gas supply.

Sales and construction began in August 2025, with completion scheduled for Q4 2028. The building is in an active construction phase. The developer offers instalments of up to 40 months; full payment and a TBC Bank mortgage are also available. Finishing options: black frame, white frame, full renovation and turnkey. On-site facilities: underground parking, a children's playground, a supermarket, a pharmacy, a café, a beauty salon, an office centre, a landscaped inner courtyard, 24-hour security and CCTV.

The location is a quiet block in the centre of Old Batumi: the route No. 11 bus stop is just 155 metres away (buses roughly every 12 minutes), the Argo cable car is a 10-minute walk, and the Black Sea promenade about 20 minutes on foot. Batumi Plaza shopping centre and the GoodWill hypermarket are a kilometre away, the old bus station 1.5 km and Batumi Mall 2 km. Batumi International Airport is 15 minutes by car. Nearby are 6 May Park, the Dolphinarium, the Aquarium and Lake Ardagani.

The project appeals to investors thanks to its business-class standard, central location with well-developed infrastructure and a reliable developer with completed projects in its portfolio.
