JM Tower

JM Tower is a large-scale residential complex in Batumi by developer Universam (founded in 2021), which specialises in high-quality construction in the resort city. The project is located at 132 Aleksandre Pushkin Street in the Bagrationi district — one of Batumi's most developed and sought-after locations, with established urban infrastructure.

The complex consists of three 24–25-storey towers built using monolithic frame technology with brick infill. The façades combine a glass curtain wall system with decorative render, giving the buildings a contemporary architectural look. Apartments range from 32.8 to 81 m²: studios (32.8–34 m²), two-room (46.9–72.8 m²), three-room (60.3–75 m²) and four-room apartments (81 m²).

Delivery is phased: towers B and C will be handed over in Q4 2028, and tower A in Q4 2029. All three buildings are under construction.

Apartments are handed over to a white frame standard, with panoramic windows and balconies with tempered glass balustrades. Studios start from USD 45,920, and prices range from USD 1,350 to 1,800 per m² depending on the tower, floor and layout. The sea is about 1.5 km away. Batumi Airport is 10–15 minutes by car, and a public transport stop 210 metres away.

The complex's facilities include gated, landscaped grounds, 24-hour security and CCTV, high-speed lifts, commercial premises on the ground floors and underground parking. Near the project are 6 May Park with the Dolphinarium and the zoo, the Geo Grand sports complex, the Batumi Drama Theatre, Schools No. 2 and No. 3, and shops.

The developer offers mortgage financing through a partnership with TBC Bank.
