Orbeliani Residence is a residential building by Process Group 2025 at 28 Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani Street in Batumi. It is the developer's flagship project: the company has been active on the Batumi market since 2022 and focuses on engineering systems and technology.

The building stands in a renewed residential quarter near Shartava Avenue and Leonidze Street, set back from the main traffic routes. The sea is about 1.5 km away, the nearest stop for buses No. 1, 8 and 15 is 290 metres away, and the airport is roughly a 10-minute drive.
