Nao

Nao is a new project by Batumi developer Real Palace, which built Black Sea Towers and is currently building Real Palace Blue and Real Palace Green. It is a 33-storey premium residential building with 615 apartments, scheduled for completion in 2031.

The complex is going up at 12a Angisa 1st Lane in the New Boulevard district, about 300 metres from the sea. Lech and Maria Kaczyński Park, the Metro City shopping centre, cafés, restaurants and a skate park are nearby, and the international airport is less than 3 km away.

The building uses monolithic-frame construction with the DOKA formwork system, and the façade is clad in energy-efficient aluminium panels. It has high-speed Kleemann lifts, a modern fire-protection system, a reception, round-the-clock security and CCTV, and a five-level underground car park for more than 100 cars. The courtyard features a terrace, children's and sports grounds and green recreation areas.

Apartments range from studios starting at 32.8 m² to 4-room units of up to 84.1 m², with 3-metre ceilings and energy-efficient glazing; the windows look out over the sea, the mountains and the city. Apartments are handed over in green-frame condition: floor screed, plastered walls, interior partitions, electrical and heating wiring, and tiled balconies. A TBC Bank mortgage is available.
