Alliance Group — seafront apartments in Batumi and Kobuleti

Alliance Group builds mixed-use towers on Batumi's first sea line: an international hotel brand on the lower floors and serviced apartments above. These apartments are usually bought to rent out through the management company rather than to live in year-round.

Completed are Alliance Palace with a Courtyard by Marriott hotel and Alliance Privilege on Rustaveli Avenue with a Marriott at its base. The developer has mostly sold out both, so buyers turn to resale — from $60,000.

Under construction are Alliance Centropolis by Seaside Park — three towers with a Hyatt Centric hotel and a business centre, one of them the tallest in Georgia — and Alliance Renaissance on the seafront in Kobuleti with a wellness centre. Both complete in 2029.
