Alliance Centropolis

Alliance Centropolis (World Trade Center Batumi) is a large-scale mixed-use complex on the seafront in central Batumi, 50 metres from the Black Sea shore. The project comprises three towers of 48–55 storeys joined by a shared podium on a plot of more than 18,000 m², built using monolithic frame technology.

Studios, 2-room and 3-room apartments are on sale, the largest being 78 m². Ceiling height is 2.75 m, and all apartments have panoramic energy-efficient glazing. Units are handed over in white frame condition, without interior finishing. Prices start from $119,829 for a 35.4 m² studio.

The developer is Alliance Group (on the market since 2008), one of the region's leading developers, with more than 20 projects and 5,000+ apartments delivered. Blocks B and C are scheduled for completion in Q4 2028 and block A in Q4 2029.

Facilities include the 5-star Hyatt Centric hotel, a casino, a Class A business centre and World Trade Center exhibition spaces, a shopping centre, restaurants and bars, a spa and fitness centre, swimming pools, a cinema, a bowling alley, a children's playground, a 10,000 m² recreation area, a 3-level underground car park with 1,000+ spaces and 24-hour CCTV.

The Batumi Aquarium, the zoo and Batumi Mall are within walking distance, and the international airport is about 12 minutes by car.

Purchase terms: two instalment schemes — a down payment from 20% with an interest-free plan of up to 48 months, or a down payment from 5% with instalments over up to 5 years. A TBC Bank mortgage is available, and cryptocurrency payments are accepted.
