Atlantis

Atlantis is a business-class residential complex by developer MVP Group Development. Construction is carried out by Anko LLC, which has been operating in Georgia for more than seven years and has completed residential projects totalling around 50,000 m².

The complex is located in central Kobuleti, at 260 Davit Aghmashenebeli Avenue — just 50 metres from the Black Sea beach. Within walking distance are School No. 1, the central hospital, the Chele Arena stadium, pharmacies and cafés. The railway station is about a 20-minute walk away, and the stop for bus No. 1 to Batumi (every 15–20 minutes) is 165 metres away. Batumi is less than an hour by car, and Batumi International Airport (Chorokhi) about an hour.

The project is a single 13-storey building constructed using monolithic technology. It offers studios of 36–43.5 m², two-room apartments of 55–61 m² and three-room apartments of 115–117 m². Apartments are handed over in white frame condition. Underground parking is provided for residents.

The facilities are hotel-style: on the roof are an infinity pool with panoramic views of the sea and the mountains, a restaurant with panoramic glazing and a winter garden, and a lounge area with sun loungers. The complex has a gym, reception and room service, and the ground floor houses a lobby, a café and shops. The grounds are landscaped, with 24-hour security and CCTV.

Hotel-style service and a management company make the project well suited to letting. Prices start from $34,200, from $950 per m². The developer offers an instalment plan, and a TBC Bank mortgage is also available. Completion is scheduled for Q2 2027; the building is currently under construction.
