Pine Residence is a new residential complex by Pine Development on the resort coast of Kobuleti. It is a single 20-storey monolithic tower with a striking façade: dark and light panels, timber accents on the balconies and a white diagonal metal frame rising up the corner of the building. The complex is under construction, with completion scheduled for Q4 2028.
