Loft Towers

Loft Towers (marketed as Wyndham Garden Kobuleti by Loft Towers) is the first premium multifunctional complex in Kobuleti, developed by Loft Towers. The project combines residential apartments, commercial premises and a hotel component under the brand of the international operator Wyndham Hotels & Resorts: the complex includes 102 Wyndham Garden rooms.

The complex stands on the seafront at 305 David Aghmashenebeli Avenue — around 50 metres from the Black Sea beach. Kobuleti is a resort town in Adjara roughly 25 minutes' drive from Batumi, with a long pebble-and-sand beachfront and a calmer atmosphere than central Batumi.

The project consists of two buildings constructed using monolithic-frame technology. Block B, rising 25 storeys, is under construction with completion scheduled for Q4 2029, while the 29-storey Block A is announced as the next phase. Apartments comprise studios, one- and two-bedroom layouts ranging from 24.2 to 137.1 m², with ceilings 3 metres high. Finishing options include white frame, full renovation and turn-key format.

The complex's facilities are geared towards resort and hotel standards: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spa and fitness centre, a restaurant, café and lounge bar, a conference hall, a recreation area and a private beach, commercial and office premises, and secure parking with round-the-clock video surveillance.

The developer positions the project as an investment proposition: the hotel component is run by an international operator, with a stated rental yield of up to 10% per annum. Buyers have access to a TBC Bank mortgage as well as instalment plans from the developer.
