Belle Maison Chavchavadze

Belle Maison Chavchavadze is a residential complex by the Batumi developer Elystra Development, which has been operating since 2016. The company builds on an integrated model: design, construction and finishing are all carried out within a single organisation, which ensures unified quality control and adherence to deadlines. The developer has three completed residential projects behind it; Belle Maison Chavchavadze is its current construction site.

The complex is located at 54 Ilia Chavchavadze Street, in the Bagrationi district, in the central part of Batumi. The promenade and the beach are around a 15-minute walk away, with 6 May Park (some 500 metres) and Lake Nurigeli nearby. Transport links are excellent: buses and minibuses run close by at intervals of a few minutes, and Batumi airport is 10–15 minutes away by car.

The project is a single 20-storey building of monolithic frame construction with 229 apartments. It provides underground parking for 21 vehicles, with commercial premises on the ground floor. Layouts range from studios to 3-room flats: studios of 34.3–46.7 m², two-room flats of 51.4–65.1 m² and three-room flats of 67.2–108.4 m².

The apartments are delivered with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling panoramic glazing and balconies, and energy-efficient double glazing is used throughout. The grounds feature a landscaped courtyard, a children's playground, gated access and round-the-clock video surveillance, while the lobby has a bespoke design.

The starting price is from $57,967, with prices from $1,490 per m². A mortgage through TBC Bank is available, as are instalment plans of up to three years. Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2028, meaning that purchase is possible at an early stage of construction.
