Lux Tower

Lux Tower is the flagship project of developer NewCity (New City Batumi, founded in 2018), located at 196i Petre Bagrationi Street in southern Batumi. It is a 20-storey mixed-use residential complex with 280 apartments, designed for the region's seismic activity and built using monolithic frame technology.
