Bless Tower Batumi

Bless Tower Batumi (also listed under the developer's name, Invest Group) is one of the largest residential complexes currently under construction in Batumi. The developer, LTD Invest Group, founded in 2021, is building three high-rise blocks with a combined capacity of 1,252 apartments. Construction began in Q2 2024.

The complex is located at 76 Angisa 1st Lane, in the New Boulevard district — the area with the highest volume of property transactions in Batumi. It is 300 metres to the sea, under 500 metres to a park and 360 metres to the stop for minibus route 32. Batumi International Airport is less than 3 km away.

Handover is phased: Block A in Q4 2026, Block B in Q4 2027 and Block C in Q4 2028. The buildings use monolithic frame construction with brick walls and reinforced concrete floor slabs, and are fitted with imported high-speed lifts. Apartments are delivered in "black frame" condition, with the installation of a metal entrance door included in the price.

The range comprises studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments from 26.68 to 122.21 m². Prices start from $1,250 per square metre; the developer discloses individual prices on request. Mortgage financing from TBC Bank is available.

On site there is a swimming pool, a fitness centre, a restaurant, an aesthetic centre, a children's playground, a sports ground, landscaped grounds and underground parking. Security is provided by 24/7 video surveillance, guards, a reception desk and intercoms. Gas, water, electricity and sewerage are connected, and heating, ventilation and fire alarm systems are installed.
