Stay & Rent is a new residential complex in Batumi at 5 Grigol Lortkipanidze Street, in the New Boulevard area. Construction began in Q2 2024, with completion scheduled for Q2 2027. The developer is One Development.

It is a single 22-storey tower of monolithic frame construction with an HPL-panel façade, panoramic aluminium-framed glazing and wide open balconies overlooking the sea, the city and the mountains. Apartments are handed over in green frame condition. Only studios of 39.1–46.3 m² from $70,693 and two-room (1+1) apartments of 47.9–83.5 m² from $83,935 are on sale — at $1,650–1,970 per m². A TBC Bank mortgage and an instalment plan with a 30% down payment are available.
