Calligraphy Towers

Calligraphy Towers is one of the largest and most iconic residential projects in Batumi, delivered by Grand Maison, Georgia's biggest investment and construction holding. The company works exclusively on premium-class projects, and this complex is its flagship development.

The complex comprises four blocks: three skyscrapers (Tower A — 35 floors, Tower B — 45 floors, Tower C — 40 floors) and a three-storey podium, Block D, housing the shared amenities.
