Dominion Townhouses

Dominion Townhouses is a low-rise gated community by Global Products Construction (founded in 2022), located at 14 Zedaghele Street in the Kakhaberi district. The project is designed for family living: instead of a high-rise block, there are 25 townhouses, each with its own plot of land and a private garage.

Each townhouse occupies four levels: the garage and entrance hall on the first, the kitchen and living room on the second, two bedrooms on the third, and a bedroom with a veranda on the fourth. The total area of a house is 170–177 m², plus a private yard of around 30 m² included at no extra cost. Alongside the townhouses, the developer offers apartments of 43, 73 and 115 m². The structure is a monolithic frame with brick walls and insulated façades, and the enlarged double-glazed metal-plastic windows are included in the price. Homes are handed over in white-frame condition; black frame or a turnkey renovation are available on request.

The grounds are closed, with controlled entry and exit, round-the-clock security and CCTV. Inside there is a shared swimming pool, children's and sports playgrounds, gazebos, seating and barbecue areas, a landscaped courtyard with greenery and lighting, internal driveways and pedestrian paths, as well as additional visitor parking spaces at the entrance. All utilities are connected: electricity, water, sewerage and natural gas.

Kakhaberi is a quiet district in the south of Batumi, next to a forest park and roughly 15 minutes from the city centre. A bus stop (route no. 15, every 30 minutes) is 240 metres away, with a second stop at 550 metres. Chorokhi International Airport is about an 8-minute drive; the sea port, the Argo cable car and the old bus terminal are just over 4 km away, and the central bus station and railway station are 7 km away. Shopping centres, hypermarkets, parks and gyms are around a 10-minute drive, while supermarkets and pharmacies are within walking distance.

The developer offers a 0% instalment plan over 24 months, an in-house 0% mortgage for 2 years, and a TBC Bank mortgage. Payment is accepted in USD, EUR, RUB, GEL and USDT, and remote purchase is available. 15 of the 25 houses were delivered at the end of 2024, and the developer is still selling.
