Your Space is a completed project by Batumi developer Surmanidze, which is also building the Elysium complex on the same street. The building was completed in 2024. All apartments have been sold by the developer, so homes here are bought from owners: on the resale market studios start from $39,000.

The building stands at 24 Grigol Lortkipanidze Street in the Kakhaberi district, close to the airport. The sea is about 300 metres away, and the beach and the New Boulevard are a five-minute walk. It is a residential neighbourhood away from busy main roads, with plenty of greenery around.

This 26-storey tower has a monolithic reinforced-concrete frame and brick walls; the facade is insulated and finished in white and blue.
