UNIQ Residence is a modern residential complex by developer DS Group (Uniq Vision brand), under construction at 69 Aleksandre Griboedov Street in the Bagrationi district. The project offers 300 apartments in a 27-storey monolithic frame building with a striking glazed façade and vertical architectural elements.

The apartment mix includes studios (from 36.2 m²), two-room apartments (47.8–55.6 m²) and three-room apartments (75.6–82.7 m²). Ceilings are 3 metres high and units are handed over in white frame condition. The building is under construction, with completion scheduled for Q4 2029.

The complex's facilities include a two-level underground car park, a fitness centre, a children's playground, a café, a co-working area, commercial premises on the lower floors, landscaped grounds and a roof terrace. Security is provided by 24-hour guards and CCTV.

The Bagrationi location offers well-developed urban infrastructure and easy walking access to Batumi's key spots. The Black Sea coast is about a 15-minute walk away. Within 1.5 km are a Carrefour hypermarket, fitness clubs, the Dinamo Batumi stadium, Schools No. 3 and No. 7, the Georgian-American School, the Batumi Republican Centre for Maternal and Child Health, cafés, banks and pharmacies.

Mortgages are available through TBC Bank, and the developer offers an instalment plan. Prices start from $43,440, with a price per square metre from $1,200.
