Imperial is a business-class residential complex by the Batumi developer AB Development, whose completed projects in the city already include RED, History Home and Life Style. Sales are open at an early construction stage, with commissioning scheduled for the first quarter of 2030.

The complex is being built at 9 March Street 3-5-7, in the Bagrationi district — an established part of central Batumi with mature urban infrastructure. The sea is around 950 metres away, 6 May Park roughly a kilometre, and Batumi International Airport about a 10-minute drive.

The 16-storey building houses 240 apartments. On offer are studios of 34.8–41.5 m², two-room units of 47.4–61.6 m², three-room units of 93.3–98.8 m² and four-room apartments of 119.5 m². The structure is a monolithic frame, and the underground car park provides 96 spaces. Apartments come in three finishing options: black frame, full finishing and turnkey.

The on-site amenities are geared towards permanent living and remote work: a business lounge and meeting room, a gym, a sauna and wellness area, a library, billiards and chess, a restaurant with a terrace, a coffee shop and an eco-market.

Prices start from USD 44,800 for a studio, with prices per m² from USD 1,200. The developer offers instalments of up to 3.5 years, and a mortgage through TBC Bank is also available. The early construction stage combined with the central location makes the project an attractive entry point with a view to value growth by completion in 2030.
