About project
Litus City is a 20-storey premium residential building in the Bagrationi district, at 66-72 Vazha-Pshavela Street. It is the first project of the development company Litus City, which has been operating since 2023. The building has 418 apartments, from 37.3 m² studios to 4-room units of up to 112.9 m².
The building is being constructed using monolithic frame technology, and the facade is clad in fibre cement panels. Apartments are handed over in black frame or white frame condition. Inside are 3-metre ceilings and panoramic windows with sound insulation.
The complex is 800 metres from the sea and 1 km from the city centre, 200 metres from the old railway station building. A kindergarten, a school and a medical centre are within walking distance. Batumi International Airport is about 6 km away. Nearby are the Argo cable car, Batumi Boulevard, the zoo, 6 May Park, Batumi Plaza shopping centre, the cathedral and museums.
